Foundation & History
Unity Christian Center was founded on August 7, 2011 with the foundational scripture Ephesians 4:3, Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Unity is a non-denominational church located in Sanford, Florida. Services are held every Sunday, with Sunday School beginning at 9:30am and Worship Service at 10:30am. This growing ministry offers a family-oriented place of worship and embraces a vibrant atmosphere for praising God. Above all, Unity Christian Center focuses on teaching only God’s Holy Word, and inspiring spiritual growth in all who enter its doors. The ministry also serves the community through a variety of outreach projects.
Our Pastor
Pastor Darryl L. Williams delivered his initial sermon in 2001 at New Covenant Christian Ministries of his home town, Pensacola, FL, under the leadership of Apostle Ross O. Knight, Jr. After serving in a variety of roles, he later transitioned to City of Refuge Bible Center of Cantonment, FL under the leadership of Bishop Jeffery K. Bolden where he was licensed in 2002 and ordained in 2003. Upon relocating to the Central Florida area, the Williams family joined New Hope Baptist Church of Deltona, FL under the leadership of Pastor William L. Bradley, Jr.
Learning and growing in Christ and from his Pastors who served as spiritual mentors, Pastor Darryl L. Williams was given the vision to start a new ministry in order to reach the community and bring souls to Christ. Unity Christian Center was founded by Pastor Williams in August 2011. As the ministry progresses, Pastor and his wife, Min. Nieci Williams, give all glory to God for the work that He has done within the Unity church family and what He has done through Unity within our local community.
REMEMBER family
We are a family based ministry. The family was the first institution created by God. We focus on the family and teach biblical principles that will help families to live godly lives and unselfishly serve the needs of our extended family (our community).

We provide Bible-based teaching and preaching that helps increase our faith and empower us to face life’s challenges and triumphs with grace.
REMEMBER preaching
Every sermon will provide encouragement according to the promises of God’s word, and a challenge to do more to strengthen the body of Christ.
REMEMBER music
God inhabits the praises of His people. We believe in singing songs that honor God for who He is, songs of worship, and songs that uplift and encourage spiritual growth.
